This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and how it is used. “We”, “us” and “I” mean Life Coach Radha.
What we collect
When you message on WhatsApp. Tapping a WhatsApp button starts a conversation in WhatsApp. We receive your WhatsApp name, your phone number and anything you choose to send. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies.
When you fill in the appointment form. The appointment form is a Google Form. It collects the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, preferred language and the area you would like help with. Google stores the responses for us, under Google’s privacy policy.
When you browse this website. The website does not set its own cookies or ask you to log in. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. If we switch on website analytics, this policy will name the provider.
Video testimonials. Videos are hosted on YouTube. A preview image loads from YouTube’s servers, and the video itself only loads, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, when you press play.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and arrange sessions or program enquiries.
- To deliver the coaching or certification you have signed up for.
- To keep the basic records needed for bookings and payments.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. To make a request, send a message on WhatsApp.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
